A personal beginning
Next Chapter Life Concierge was created from a deeply personal experience supporting a family friend through a significant life transition.
At a time when managing her home had become overwhelming, she was also navigating health challenges and a major strata renovation that brought a constant flow of information and decisions. What she needed wasn’t just help — she needed someone to bring calm, clarity, and steady support.
I stepped in to organize her home and administrative paperwork, thoughtfully guide the downsizing process, and prepare the home for sale. I coordinated with a trusted realtor and stayed closely connected with her family out of province, ensuring everyone felt informed and reassured throughout.
Through that experience, I saw how meaningful it is to have a trusted, capable presence during times of change.
